The Invitrogen Collibri PCR-free ES DNA Library Preparation kits are designed for next-generation sequencing (NGS) on Illumina systems. The kit supports whole-genome sequencing (WGS) applications and is suitable for all genomes.

The Collibri PCR-free ES DNA Library Preparation Kit is designed for fast and convenient library preparation from inputs as low as 100 ng intact genomic DNA or already prepared amplicons (>300 bp) of any species. The entire library preparation protocol takes about two hours for the PCR-free workflow. If needed, Collibri Library Amplification Master Mix with primers can be bought separately.
